Products look great, but delivery is TERRIBLE, if you receive it at all. I ordered an item in August that I never received; foolishly ordered again in September, and have not received that order either.

Customer service, for all intents and purposes, does not exist. All they do is send you "ticket numbers" which are worthless. They make sure they charge it to your credit card before they even send it out. Have never had this trouble with any other company.

So many of their products look great, but who knows as, after two orders, have still not received anything. Will not order again!

The author is overall dissatisfied with Light In The Box. The most disappointing about dress from Light In The Box was false delivery dates and horrible customer service Reviewer wants customer support to reach out to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.

I never received the earphones. You would think, seeing that it was such an inexpensive item, they would have just sent me another one.

Dresses came, but not the quality shown in photos. Sizing was definitely off and ran way too small.

I have unsubscribed from their mailing list and will NEVER order from them again!
