I placed an order with expedited service (3-5 days)and paid a shipping fee. The service was not only not expedited - when I placed an inquiry after 2 weeks they gave me the run around and said only certain items could be expedited.

Of course none of those were what I had ordered. Then I noticed 2 of my items had gone on sale - my items still had not shipped so I asked if I was getting the sale price and would get a refund. They said no, they don't do that. If it hadn't shipped yet then I should get the sale price.

Now I just got a bill from DHL for shipping charged - a whopping $40 on top of the shipping I already paid! Don't deal with this company - not worth the price.

Buy in the U.S. Never had these problems with items I purchased from the UK.
