Why are these companies not providing a contact phone number, what are they afraid of?I paid almost double to have an item shipped 2-3 days express and my account said that the item shipped on 12/23/2017 I still haven't received it, when I checked my account it said that I should receive it by 12/31/2017.
Can someone explain to me how is that expedited shipping? and there is no way to call them.
When is the US going to protect us against these predictors?I an no longer going to shop on site that you cant contact customer service by phone, I don't care how much more I have to pay for an item ill just have to buy anything 1 at a time.
