Why are these companies not providing a contact phone number, what are they afraid of? I paid almost double to have an item shipped 2-3 days express and my account said that the item shipped on 12/23/2017 I still haven't received it, when I checked my account it said that I should receive it by 12/31/2017.

Can someone explain to me how is that expedited shipping? and there is no way to call them.

When is the US going to protect us against these predictors? I an no longer going to shop on site that you cant contact customer service by phone, I don't care how much more I have to pay for an item ill just have to buy anything 1 at a time.
