The shoes did not arrive in 6 days as advertised , Did not know i was dealing with a company in China , i paid postage and insurance , and today a card came from Royal Mail stating i have to pay £13.99 . I rang the post office and they said the postage have not been paid , i have got 18 days to pay this money , if i do not pay it they will send the parcel back to Light in the box .

And i will not get a refund . I really do not know how this company is trading what they are doing is totally illegal . DO NOT BUY OFF THIS COMPANY . I hope they get closed down .

I cant even log in to my so called account , which i have to state i did not need or have to order the the 2 pairs of shoes , it was a case of selecting the items and paying .

When they send you a response you have to log in to read it , which i can not do . Its been a long day trying to sort this problem , and i have not got any further .

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $41.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Extra postage charge.

Wish I checked their reviews before ordering, absolute jokers, lost £30 on my shoes, refused to pay another 57% on duty fees to receive my goods which was not advertised at the point of sale and no mention they were coming from China, mis-selling everyone!Reporting to the ASA and Trading Standards with all these 1000's of complaints below.
