The delivery of 2 windbreakers is over twice the declared delivery time, the online customer service has been unresponsive, and there is no US customer service phone number. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Light in the Box won’t get another opportunity to fool me.

Light In The Box - Damaged Shoes
I ordered a pair of shoes the company sent the wrong ones and they were damaged, the problem is still unresolved. There is no way to contact the company, no phone number or email is listed. The company responded the first time after I submitted a return label advising me they started an account for me and sent me a pass word, upon checking my order history someone had deleted it, no history of me purchasing anything. This company is horrible.
