Light In The Box - Terrible Company Lightinthebox

No customer service person to talk to and when I try to send a message it says message not delivered because the remote server is misconfigured! So I've been trying to get some of my money back for a return they offered me a 60 percent refund of an item I want to return instead of paying between $20-$20 to return to their China warehouse but now they're not getting my text so they said case closed!! It's because I keep getting the stupid message that 'message not delivered' your message couldn't be delivered because the remote server is misconfigured so what in the heck am I supposed to do???

Was billed twice

I need a refund for double billing on my credit card. I accidentally ordered 3 instead of one.

You were nice enough to credit me for one but I was still billed for 2 more at $45.31. I did receive 1 bird house which I really like. If you can't credit my account then could you please send me another bird house?

User's recommendation: I had trouble placing the above order I accidentally got billed twice. code # 544842illed for 3 bird houses. They were nice enough to give me credit for one. When I got my invoice I saw that I was billed for 2 more that I evidently ordered. I would like to get credit for that one more extra. I did receive 1 birdhouse and really like it. If you don't want to credit my account for one more could you please send me one more bird house? I can send you a hard copy of my invoice if that would help solve my problem. Thankyou #

Delivered a cover for a single seat (£10) and wont send me the one I have paid for and it is impossible to talk to anyone so I think the only way forward will be legal action.

Do not use this company they do not want you to be able to contact them .

Undelivered order

I placed an order with you on the 9th of December 2025. My order number is litb-251208****018130-****4241 to the value of $216.71 Aus dollars. Yesterday, I received an email from you giving me a refund of $61.56. No other explanation as to what has happened to the rest of my order or what items were refunded. When can I expect the rest of my order and what items were refunded?

I've ordered from you before and have never had any problems. I understand it's a busy time, but according to your website, I was supposed to have received my order by the 19th/20th at the latest.

I would appreciate an early reply.

You are fortunate they refunded your money, i ordered an item based on what they advertised and what I received was an awful cheap version, nothing like the product the displayed. I have now learnt from 3 different buyers, if its showing as a great buy, it is unlikely to be and anything that shows shipping......

is most likely not from the US but China. Nothing wrong at all with it coming from China, I am happy with many of the products i have purchased, but when they show one quality of version and send something unrecognisable then it is fraudulent of the extreme.

Don't use them

This company is worse than Temu.

The sweater shirt i ordered in my size L came after 3 weeks and it's more like an XXL. Terrible.

Then once I finally figured out how to navigate their deliberately difficult site to return, came the real s'^t.

I had to pay $20 to $40 to return it to China. The shirt only cost $29.AND I paid $10 for shipping.

I chose their 30% refund.

Confirmation of clothing sizes

I have a jacket in my shopping cart, but before I complete purchase I wish to receive confirmation that the size on order i.e 2xl is actually that.

I have had poor experiences from other merchants with sizes, either too big or small.

Unable to contact customer service. Total frustration.

2 separate orders have been listed as delivered. Only one was and that was a man's size small.

What I ordered was a women's size small. The other was never delivered. Tried to contact customer service however that was impossible.

All directions given on the website returned me to the place I began. Additionally, it took an inordinate amount of time to receive the 1 order which was delivered.
