The Shirt I received is not the same as the shirt pictured. Same color and material but different style.

Should have western style stitching at shoulders but doesnt. Should have brown buttons but doesnt. Should have points at pocket but doesnt, etc..

didnt have any tags on it, almost like its a used shirt. They also have no customer support phone number to call for help.

Been trying to contact this company for over 2 weeks they is no phone number to call they want you to add their app which I will not do

Ordered several shirts for my wife for Christmas got most of them but 1 order had two shirts in it but they were both the same shirt and not what I ordered from them but as usual you cannot contact them without joining the app. NOT GOTING TO DO THAT sent several email but no responses from them but just keep sending me emails to order more crap from them I am done with them will never order from them again if they cannot respond then I DONT NEED THEIR TYPE SERVICES

I ordered an electric pencil sharpener. Advert said processing was 1-4 days and shipping 3-5 days. I worked out the max time for delivery was 9 days. It came 22days later,far too late for my purpose.

It arrived the day my grandchildren left after their stay, I had expected it at least two weeks earlier.

It is useless to me now.

How on Earth does anyone speak to Customer Service?

Disgusting. I had no idea it was coming from Hong Kong.

Can’t get registered

I've tried and tried to register, but it isn't working for me. I've entered my email, then made up a 15-symbol password, but when I try to register, it won't do anything.

I've also tried to use a password offered to me and registering through Apple, and none of these attempts do anything. I have an order for 2 dresses in the cart.
