Size no where near what they say quality shocking very poor description colour of item awful how this company can get away with all these issues and complaints of very very poor quality and faults pictures of items they are selling please be warned this company is very misleading I can't warn people whom are thinking of buying please save your money I only give honest reviews

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They replied to my negative review telling me how to contact customer services... Wasnt straight forward but I perceviered!

Was bought a self heating suit for xmas, it only heats in a few parts, definitely. Not as many as advertised. You have to download the app to contact customer services. I don't want to so I found an email address online but despite having reviewed it they have ignored it. I've always been dubious of this company and the quality of their items... This has proved I was right... Rubbish quality, very expensive and no customer service.

I usually wear a size 10 and bought a size 10 gown. I tried on and its small on butt and back area and zipper wont close plus have a weird fitting.

Theres no phone number for them so I emailed through the order link. They asked to send me the pictures. I sent them the pics and got a response they cannot return or exchange. All I wanted is to exchange the size to 12.

Why even bother asking for pictures?plus return policy is full refundable within 7 days. I paid $139.99 for the dress plus $47 for shipping plus tax.Now the dress is a waste and they are only giving 30% refund or 50% rewards so can purchase again. I sent them an email again no response. I am very frustrated and will never ever recommend anyone to do business with Lightinthebox.

They should specify items non refundable when either ready to purchase or in the cart, but Nothing stated.

Very unhappy customer! I have to go to a wedding in 2 weeks and have to start all over to shop again.
