Light In The Box - Trying to return 2 wigs

They do not provide any customer service numbers if you need to return anything. They say follow the procedures and apply for tickets, then someone will let you know your next procedure. They give you 2 choices to pick from which is custom problem or did not recieve your package. Nothing about returns!!! Do not buy anything from this company as they do not honor returns!!

Light In The Box - Sent a double order. Sizes are from a true fit

I ordered 5 products. They sent and charged me for 10 products that did arrive. I wear an XL and ordered XXL to ensure a safe fit. The clothes, which are labeled XXL, don’t even come close to fitting. Way too small. Eveytime I try to email customer service regarding the double order and the fitting problem, an error becomes evident and the email can’t be sent.
