unfortunately, the item received is nothing like the item advertised on your website.

the colour is completely different. the item shown online appeared to be a vibrant electric blue, whereas the item received is a dull and very different shade of blue.

the quality is also extremely disappointing. the product advertised appeared to be a good quality linen garment; however, the item received feels very cheap and poorly made.

i purchased this item based on the photographs and description provided on your website; therefore, i feel this is misleading and not an accurate representation of the product being sold.

i am happy to return the item; however, i would like a full refund as the item is clearly not as described.

please advise the return process and confirm when my refund will be issued.
