I dont like the term PISSED it is very very rude,, This company sent me 2 dud watches I reported this about a month ago ,,still no reply I have tried many times... it looks as if they dont want to contact me...I will try another way perhaps they will be banned from dealing in Australia...I have used the Net for many years and never had a problem until now..what a company .Regards to all the readers....it seems there are a lot of problems with this mob,,,regards Barry

I placed an order online on the above date and money has been taken out of my account. Ive had no email confirmation of order no order number nothing. Forcing app download to track orders

I am extremely disappointed in the way this company is running their services, I have hundreds of apps already on my phone and just to get basic service from their company they require an app download, feels scammy, no customer service and definitely feel like they do not care about the accessibility and fluidity of their website to their consumer 0/10 would not recommend.

Dress not turned up

I order a dress in August 22 and was told the delivery date would be 12/14th Sepember22. I needed the dress for a wedding at the end of September but it is now 3rd of October 22 and I still havent received the dress. I want a full refund as it was not delivered like it was supposed to be!!!

Exchange issues

My 14 year old daughter orders clothes from your company not properly understanding her body measurements, all she wants is exactly what she ordered but two sizes up, unfortunately your website said this was not possible. We are happy with paying for the shipping's. She worked very hard this summer to make the money to by these clothes, she had her heart set on it for months. Please can she make the exchange? Poor customer service

Ive been trying to see what has happened to my order I kept being put to technical support which are not helpful. I have not received a confirmation email and my order doesnt come up on the system. Really poor . No stars from me

Got scammed by Light in the Box

Ordered cotton jacket, got some cheepo nylon hoody. Funny thing the packing bag had correct part# but wrong part in bag. Also got burned for $20.00 extra dollars. Forget customer service, it's just a run around and no customer service phone number either. Customer reviews tells the whole story, Should have read them prior to purchase.

I paid $34 and it was never delivered or refunded. It was said to be delivered 23 days ago and I still have no shipping update.

LIGHTinTHEBOX didn't respond to my reply to her offer.

Can't get a response from LIGHTinTHEBOX about a refund. A. Supervisor named Chloe only Emailed after I contacted The BETTER Business Bureau. She offered me less. The cost: $128.99 value for Three Pairs Of Sandals . Not to mention the cost of returning the sandals for $44.75. Chloe said she could offer me a refund of $119.29. For reasons of insurance paid up front from my purchase.

Did not receive the item! Said it was delivered.
