Web site description states the gnome is 15cm Long by 10cm wide, but the actual size is 12cm long by 8cm. Also the paint work is not very good, I have essential tremors, (not what I call them) and I could do a better job. I am fed up trying to contact them, I just want a refund. I have deleted my account and will NEVER buy from them again. This wasn't my first purchase, but is my last. A return address would be good so that I can return the micro gnome. Bill Chisholm

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I told them to stick it!

This has caused me so much anger, plus on top of it some jerk hacked into the shipping info sent me a fraudulent email for a quick easy fix. I said I’m done, I’m through with that lousy company. I don’t want to ever hear from them again. I told them to F OFF!.

Ruined a Surprise gift to a dear friend of mine. I ordered the item from a more reputable American company.

I ordered Men's Boots Biker Boots Motorcycle Boots Retro Work Boots Walking Casual Daily Leather Comfortable Booties / Ankle Boots Loafer Brown Spring Fall [this is a distressed leather cap toe boot] Color: Brown Size:US9.5 / EU42 / UK8.5 / CN43, however what I received was a different boot entirely. You sent me an extremely cheap synthetic boot made of plastic that is not even listed on your website so I am not even able to identify it.

The intended boot is leather with 4 eyelets and 3 hook fasteners at the top of the boot. The boot sent has 7 eyelets only, is not real leather and is not the same boot that I ordered. After waiting so long for my delivery and in high anticipation, I am thoroughly disappointed. I would like to return it for a full refund.

Please advise return policy and your address where I may send back the merchandise.

I was charged $60.68 in total and would like a full credit to my original payment method. Attached is a photo of the scan-code from the box, a photo of the WRONG boot sent as well as a picture of the right boot ordered off your web site so that you can see the distinct difference.

The STANDARD fit was nowhere near fitting me I tried to return or even exchange. Not possible due to fake made to order hidden in terms of purchase where you would never look. Looking back an obvious mid-selling which is never resolved. I received the order.

Before the package arrived, I did not receive any phone or email to be notified when it would arrive.

That's why I wasn't home. It came again the next day when I received the package.

That's not the problem now.

I unpacked the products I ordered. The impact was great. A large percentage of the products look different, and have a lower quality than the pictures and product description on the website.

The vintage dress actually has a different shade of color than the one in the picture.

The quality of the dress is below expectations. In addition, it has many defects, wrong seams, or even unstitched.

A button is missing on one sleeve. All the buttons on the sleeves are very badly sewn. Buttons are not sewn straight and evenly spaced.

The sleeves are not equal.

One is narrower, one is wider. One is shorter, one is longer.

The material on the chest has different shades and color spots.

The whole bottom of the dress, where the material is wrinkled, is very badly sewn, in other places it is not sewn, it is full of threads everywhere, the material does not overlap well, in some places it is wider and in other places narrower.

The price of the dress and shipping is not consistent with its quality.

In addition, I went to the seamstress, who told the price for all the repairs plus other material on the chest and changing the buttons, because they are not all. The cost is 58 pounds.

Waste of time and money for a very poor quality dress.

2. Brown Wigs for Women, It does not have the color, the appearance, the length that is on the website.

The difference is big.

In addition, the quality is very poor.

I will return these two products.

If you think there is a chance to have a correctly sewn, quality dress, I request that you send another one. But only if you guarantee that it will be done well, according to quality standards.

I ordered the goods for US $58.44 and paid US $86.89. I lost US $28.45 in shipping and insurance. In addition I also lost for the bank transfer in pounds.

I paid £ 73,47 . Total disappointment. I'm ashamed to recommend it to friends. I will tell everyone not to buy, because the goods are not quality, the shipping is very expensive, the delivery is not concretely announced and takes many days.

And finally, DELIVERY SERVICE - did not communicate beforehand when the delivery will be

WARRANTY - what is this term for when the customer pays but has no guarantee that he will receive the goods, that they are of good quality

INVOICING PRACTICES - Not all costs for an order are transparent (transport, insurance) A new customer does not know how much the company costs.

He finds out only at the end of the order in the last step - payment.

CUSTOMER SERVICE - hard to find. I searched a lot on the internet to have a possibility to communicate. There is no phone number or address of the company. There are customers who are not satisfied and do not look on the internet to waste time to find a possibility of communication.

EXCHANGE, REFUND POLICY - is very messy, the customer has to pay again if the quality of the product is not good.

I sm trying to return four items. It seems impossible. Your size chart is really off. The small are too tight and one med is too large. Two of the blouses fit. I eould like a refund for the four items as your teturn polucy is alful and I will not buy from your company anymore becsuse of this ptoblem. I am a reasonably new customer to Light in the box .
I recently ordered two maxi dresses - carefully checking to see if they were cotton as I am allergic to Polyester. The website clearly stated both items were breathable cotton, and a cotton mix.
HOWEVER WHEN THE DRESSES FINALLY ARRIVED THEY WERE BOTH 100% POLYESTER.
I have tried several times to contact customer service over the past two weeks to organise a return - but each attempt has been completely ignored.
NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER...

Dear Lightinthebox, My package was bought as a Christmas present, because it was said to be delivered in 59 days. I bought the present on the 8th of December, but after complaining on Trustpilot, I got a useless response. Now my package is told to arrive on the 29th of December, and therefore I want my money back or my package to come before the 24th of December. I am extremely unhappy for your service and miscommunication, although I understand your time pressure in Christmastime.

On January 10, 2024, I purchased a men's shearling winter jacket. I chose XXL.

The measurements given on your website do not coincide with what I received. As a result, I must return the article, but it looks that I must bear the cost of returning it. This is incorrect because the problem was caused by Light in the Box.

I contacted Customer Support, but nothing seemed to have happened.

After measuring the shoulder width on the coat they sent me, I concluded that it is 17 inches or 43.18 cm. Now, on your website your table - included - shows 19 inches or 48.2 cm - XXL.

Therefore, the XXL jacket came with the wrong measurements and this is a problem for your company.

Conclusion, I should not be penalized since the problem was not caused by me.

Bought 3 locks from this company for about $600.00, Spend almost $2000 with a contractor, a door man, my security company, and a hardware man trying to get them to work!! They were cut into brand new doors. Can't get anyone to tell me how to get the locks to where when they are locked, they can't be opened from the outside!!! Anyone can walk into my home as though there were no locks at all!!

I have the order number and price paid it was never sent to the person I sent it too. No number for customer service nothing!!! I want my money back!!! I Ordered from a reputable company!!! They received it already weeks after this with these people!!! Fraud!!! Lies!!! thieves!!! I want my money back or deliver the order to that home immediately! I am going to call my sister who is a consumer attorney!! We will go forward with a lawsuit. Donna Car
