Hello.. this is supposed to be received by the 29th of this month and i just received email now stating may 5th...

i expidited shipping to do so and that was the given date that was providedto me... if not received be the 2nd of May then i DON'T want it and refund my account please. Sorry for the sterness but needed by a certain date and pd extra to get. The order stated i would receive by 29th...i need no later than the 2nd...

and even then i want expidted payment refunded..

anything after this date the item will be returned. THANK YOU for your attention to this matter.

Do not use this company ever. I ordered 6 halogen spotlights from them which had no cover glass and on further inspection broken insulation.

They are completely unsafe to use as they could result in electrocution, fire, glass explosion and exposure to UV light. The company takes no responsibility for the products they sell and have refused a full refund despite the bulbs being totally unsafe / dangerous and only fit for the waste bin.

Order No. 250405****417077 halogen spot light bulbs. The bulbs have no front cover glass. Halogen spotlight bulbs are generally not considered safe if they lack a cover glass. Without the glass, there's a risk of:
UV radiation exposure:
Halogen bulbs emit UV light, and the cover glass is crucial for filtering it. Without it, the exposure can be harmful.
Electric shock:
The exposed wires and components can pose a risk of electric shock.
Fire hazard:
The high operating temperature of the bulb can ignite flammable materials if not shielded by the cover glass.
Bulb breakage:
Halogen bulbs can burst, and the lack of a cover glass would mean shards of glass could fly around, potentially causing injury.
Disrupted cooling:
The cover glass is important for proper cooling of the bulb. Without it, the bulb could overheat and fail.

Do you or someone you know, playing partner, husband, wife, boyfriend, or girlfriend, come home after a round of golf and complain? Do they spend more time in the woods than on the course?

Well, solve their problem with Duke's Original Tree Repellent for Golf Balls. I've had this idea for a few years and need to get it out there. It comes as a T-shirt or combo with a spray bottle, logo tees, and a logo golf ball, but the T-shirt is the attention grabber. I will send pictures.

I returned the package according to all your numerous rules and instructions, and I see that my return was closed on a date after I sent it off for shipping. Why is it that I sent it to your company and I don't have my money back or any information?

You have my money AND the suit I mailed back.

I'm irritated because your customer service is ignoring me and has left me waiting for money you've essentially stolen at this point. I need to be contacted, and we need to figure out how you can rectify this.

Unfortunately, I ordered from this company. Now I'm trying to cancel my order and get a refund.

You cannot log into the app for customer service; there's no chat or phone number. Do not order from these people! I've just learned an expensive lesson!

When I tried to refund/cancel, I got an email that they were expediting my shipping. Good grief!
