Ordered a button up shirt for Halloween that I needed for work. Shirt showed up to wrong house with my same address about 20 minutes away.

Drove over there and looked at the picture they sent me through the shipping company and it was a completely different house. They screwed it up so bad that they couldnt deliver it to the WRONG house.

No way to get ahold of them and had nothing to wear to my works Halloween dinner. I am currently out $20 over a shirt that went somewhere completely wrong.

No customer service person to talk to and when I try to send a message it says message not delivered because the remote server is misconfigured! So I've been trying to get some of my money back for a return they offered me a 60 percent refund of an item I want to return instead of paying between $20-$20 to return to their China warehouse but now they're not getting my text so they said case closed!! It's because I keep getting the stupid message that 'message not delivered' your message couldn't be delivered because the remote server is misconfigured so what in the heck am I supposed to do???

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with partial refund. very reluctant to offer refund on shoddy goods.

Had to return them at my own expense. Do not buy from them in the first place.

Ordered dungarees which turned out to be of awful quality, more like nightwear than everyday wear. The return was a constant battle with them wanting to offer partial refunds.

In the end, I had to pay nearly £40 to return them to China. When they received them, they credited my account rather than actually refunding the card, so I had to request to withdraw the money, which they're still 'processing' 12 days later.

Do not use this company ever. I ordered 6 halogen spotlights from them which had no cover glass and on further inspection broken insulation.

They are completely unsafe to use as they could result in electrocution, fire, glass explosion and exposure to UV light. The company takes no responsibility for the products they sell and have refused a full refund despite the bulbs being totally unsafe / dangerous and only fit for the waste bin.

Order No. 250405****417077 halogen spot light bulbs. The bulbs have no front cover glass. Halogen spotlight bulbs are generally not considered safe if they lack a cover glass. Without the glass, there's a risk of:
UV radiation exposure:
Halogen bulbs emit UV light, and the cover glass is crucial for filtering it. Without it, the exposure can be harmful.
Electric shock:
The exposed wires and components can pose a risk of electric shock.
Fire hazard:
The high operating temperature of the bulb can ignite flammable materials if not shielded by the cover glass.
Bulb breakage:
Halogen bulbs can burst, and the lack of a cover glass would mean shards of glass could fly around, potentially causing injury.
Disrupted cooling:
The cover glass is important for proper cooling of the bulb. Without it, the bulb could overheat and fail.

Tassels don't match. Material does not look like picture. Colors are not the same False advertisement. Fake material.

Cheap make. Need to return for refund. Very disappointed. Took to long to get shoes.

Poor communication with your store.

Will never buy again. Better customer service and mailing items and better products.

BUYER BEWARE! POST OFFICE SEIZED THE PACKAGE THEY SENT TO ME...

These people are crooks. I placed an order over A MONTH AGO, I paid for shopping, and everything else required to complete the sale.

I finally got a response, after I told them I was upset about the length of time it took them to get my package to me. From their "shipping" manifesto, it appeared that my order STILL was in limbo somewhere, I wrote "customer service" and got a flowery speech from some woman, I think her name was Susan. Susan apolgized fornthe lateness, and asked if I would accept them reimbursing me for my "shipping" fee, and promised to get on my package right away. I said ok.

Over 10 days pass, andno furhter communication. When I tried to reach them,this time I got the shaft again. So, I tool the tracking number, when to USPS, put it in, and was shocked to see this!! Latest Update

The package associated with this tracking number was found to bear counterfeit postage and is now considered Postal Service property under USPS regulations and will not be delivered.

You are encouraged to contact the sender/merchant and/or your credit card company, as applicable, to seek a refund or other available recourse. Totally DISGUSTING!!

STAY AWAY FROM THEM! I AM NOTIFYING MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY, SO THEY WILL NEVER EVER BE ABLE TO USE MY INFORMATION TO MAKE BOGUS PURCHASES!!

If you need to speak to someone regards to a return or anything for that matter, because the system at hand is not allowing communication outside the app that must be installed, then it's a breach in consumer agreement. I need to a have a phone number to the company I'm dealing with if I don't have a smart phone or don't want to have my phone overwhelmed with unnecessary apps. So I give them a big thumbs down and I will throw away what I could have returned.

I ordered and paid for an Army Mug from Light In The Box. It arrived in packaging like a brown craft paper box and was completely broken. They have refused to respond to me or the California AG office the BBB or any other agencies that are involved I anxiously await a replacement properly packaged and shipped.
