I ordered two jackets. Order number: No.
8322**** Tracking number: WC99759****GB. Both have arrived today, 27th March 2025; both damaged, both zips stuck, both have loose stitching and are totally substandard. Very poor quality. I have asked for a full refund, but it is not easy to navigate their returns process.
As yet, I have no reply from them, and they are meant to be advising me on the return address, etc., and process.
Nothing as yet. Very unhappy.

I returned the package according to all your numerous rules and instructions, and I see that my return was closed on a date after I sent it off for shipping. Why is it that I sent it to your company and I don't have my money back or any information?
You have my money AND the suit I mailed back.
I'm irritated because your customer service is ignoring me and has left me waiting for money you've essentially stolen at this point. I need to be contacted, and we need to figure out how you can rectify this.

The address on my package only listed the street, without the numbers. USPS delivered it to the wrong address.
I have sent three emails and received the same response each time. Their customer service does not read the emails sent to them.
They are avoiding refunding me for an item I never received. Do not order from this company.

every single order I have placed with you people is either wrong, sent in duplicate, item sent that I didnt order. And 99% of the time is the wrong size. I think you do it deliberately because youre out of stock for what I ordered.
User's recommendation: I would have preferred to make a recommendation to future customers if this light in the box company made an effort to address my concerns. As of now, I have to say don’t touch this company with a 10 foot pole.

Do not ever order from them. Customer Service is non-existent. They send whatever size they have handy and i have never gotten the right sizes. I am going to have a lawsuit against them just as soon as I hear from The Better Business Bureau.
I want all orders refunded. I will not pay for any of them. It's a fraud and charge outrageous prices for postage and expect you to pay for the shipping of returns. The items are make in Singapore...that's the first big problem.
WHY WON'T ANYONE ADDRESS MY CONCERNS. THIS IS MY 5TH OR 6TH REQUEST FOR ANSWERS.

Ordered 2 linen blazers. After being notified of one delivery "window," the Co.
moved delivery date window up one week w/o explanation. When products arrived, both were heavily creased: care instructions mandated the use of a "cool iron" (?). Although both blazers were labeled "Large," the fit was extremely tight, more of a medium to small. Given the construction of the items, I was concerned that in wearing them, I could easily damage them.
With regard to hemming, one item featured a sleeve-to-trunk hemming that was barely intact. The other item featured a cuff (left) where the fabric on one side of the button section was noticeably longer than the other. Fixing this would cost $45-60, close to the initial purchase price.
So far, efforts to make meaningful contact w/ "Customer Service" regarding a return have been fruitless. The Co.'s website is opaque.
User's recommendation: Do not purchase from this company. Ever. If the price seems too good to be true, it most likely is.
