My package was entirely delivered to the wrong address not even close. My address is 725 Montgomery st jersey city nj 07306 it was sent to a 55 and left at a front seat with no one their to confirm the address this is a Christmas gift to two separate people.

Cannot find order
I placed an order for a Christmas T-shirt. It has been taken out of my bank account, but I have never received a confirmation email or anything.
I cannot get through to anyone at this company and will be filing a dispute with my bank if I do not get a resolution soon.
Every time I try to log in, it says that my email is not on file. Yet, I had to put an email in to place the order!

I ordered my handicapped father 2 pairs of shoes; one arrived, the other was not delivered. The one that did arrive is an incorrect fit.
I have tried to return it for a replacement, and there is no customer service number to be found to explain the situation.
They only wish for you to download their app and deal with a robot. This company is a joke; I highly recommend using another.

Terrible delivery times- way over and above three weeks.
They advise of estimated delivery times only after purchase- had I known, I never would have purchased!
The delivery company they deploy in the UK (relay) do not offer local pick up points with nearest being 40 min walk away! Im still waiting for my delivery - its been over three weeks!

Product went to wrong house
Ordered a button up shirt for Halloween that I needed for work. Shirt showed up to wrong house with my same address about 20 minutes away.
Drove over there and looked at the picture they sent me through the shipping company and it was a completely different house. They screwed it up so bad that they couldnt deliver it to the WRONG house.
No way to get ahold of them and had nothing to wear to my works Halloween dinner. I am currently out $20 over a shirt that went somewhere completely wrong.

No customer service person to talk to and when I try to send a message it says message not delivered because the remote server is misconfigured! So I've been trying to get some of my money back for a return they offered me a 60 percent refund of an item I want to return instead of paying between $20-$20 to return to their China warehouse but now they're not getting my text so they said case closed!! It's because I keep getting the stupid message that 'message not delivered' your message couldn't be delivered because the remote server is misconfigured so what in the heck am I supposed to do???

I need a refund for double billing on my credit card. I accidentally ordered 3 instead of one.
You were nice enough to credit me for one but I was still billed for 2 more at $45.31. I did receive 1 bird house which I really like. If you can't credit my account then could you please send me another bird house?

Yesterday, I received an email from you giving me a refund of $61.56. No other explanation as to what has happened to the rest of my order or what items were refunded. When can I expect the rest of my order and what items were refunded?
I've ordered from you before and have never had any problems. I understand it's a busy time, but according to your website, I was supposed to have received my order by the 19th/20th at the latest.

You are fortunate they refunded your money, i ordered an item based on what they advertised and what I received was an awful cheap version, nothing like the product the displayed. I have now learnt from 3 different buyers, if its showing as a great buy, it is unlikely to be and anything that shows shipping......
is most likely not from the US but China. Nothing wrong at all with it coming from China, I am happy with many of the products i have purchased, but when they show one quality of version and send something unrecognisable then it is fraudulent of the extreme.
