I purchased a dress from them a few weeks ago, once I had hit the order and payment button I realised I had order the wrong size. I promptly emailed them requesting a refund or please exchange for larger size.
My responses were in Chinese, which obviously I don't understand.
The dress arrived in the smaller size, on top of not getting the size right the dress is damaged, I have tried emailing them again to no avail, all responses are in Chinese. It states go to order status, well I didn't have an account with them when I had ordered it so there is no status.
I have no idea where I take this from here, I am hoping as I paid by paypal that they can help.
Angry customer, but nice dress if it fit.
