Light In The Box - Processing time is a joke
I tried to order something for my daughter. It didn't ship after a week so I asked and was told it wouldn't ship until a month after I ordered it.
They told me they had made me aware of this on their order page above the add to cart button. I went back to the ordering page and looked above the add to cart button. There was no indication how long the processing time would be. Very vague and indirect way of presenting this information.
The shipping time said 4-8 business days so that was what I thought I had agreed to as the customer paying money for the item. Apparently, not.
Very terrible way to do business. Terrible experience.
