I made the above order on 3rd January but to date my order has not been shipped out,i paid for expedited Express shipment because am travelling to Africa on 25th January 2019.
No one from customer service has responded to my queries.I dont know what the hold up is.Am very pissed off and disappointed with the way you treat your customers.
Order was shipped separately,second shipment is still under processing,an item was out of stock!!(how was i to know if your online stock record are not updated?)so another item was added,i sent extra payment as requested on 14th Jan.2018.But order is still not shipped and no one is explaining to me what the problem is?
I wish i never never made that order.
Am so pissed off.
