Ordered a bike skirt and decided to cancel order within 30 minutes since I ordered a different one from them. Did their requested procedure within a few minutes but they still processed my payment and shipped out the order, although I made 4 cancel my order customer service tickets.
Response was accept order and then request return label and return it. No explanation on why they processed the order after I cancelled it immediately. No human contact available. I just received a response that I was too late with my cancellation.
How could 30 minutes be too late and it was probably 20 minutes? The company does not read their cancellation orders in a timely fashion.
