Light In The Box - No fast delivery, not customer service, no way to get your money back
I'm never going to buy from them again.I've made on order at November 29th and paid for fast delivery.
According to the web site the fast delivery should take up to 3 business days. Today is December 7th and not only that I didn't get my order yet, they didn't ship it yet. My order's status is – "Processing". Turns out that delivery time does not include the processing time and processing time is unlimited.
I wanted to cancel my order and found out that if 24 hours have passed since my payment was confirmed, I'll get only half the money.
Of course the payment was confirmed few minutes after I've made the order.Apparently they know how to take our money very fast, but processing our order is a different story.
Reason of review: Problem with delivery.
Monetary Loss: $150.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
I liked: Prices and wide selection.
I didn't like: Delivery, No way to contact a human, Their service.
