I ordered a pair of Latin dance glitter shoes in June, they arrived July and had a £12 unexplained duty tax.

I did not sign for or handle the shoes and the post office sent them back.

This company never refunded any money, dispite me emailing heaps of times.

Now the order details have been removed from my account, and the only way to a mail them is by the order no that was listed. No package has been received by them they say. What a nightmare. Not a nice company at all.

They call it TICKETS I call it ticket to nowhere.
