December 22 I placed an order for a cable to use with my Blue-ray player. I was told 5-6 business days for delivery.
I understood during the holidays my package might take longer to get to me. That being said, 4 weeks to deliver one small order!?! I never encountered such incompetence. I now wait to see if they sent me the correct order or even a serviceable item, which at this point I doubt it.
The tracking number is useless since the last update was last Saturday. Never again.
I will make a formal complaint with their corporate office in any case.
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. This person stated that there is a room for improvement of paid but no goods. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss problem with delivery of component cable and associated monetary loss in the amount of $9. Light In The Box needs to have the product delivered according to poster's claims.
