I wish to return a dress which I ordered and it was not as described.
Scrolling through your customer services pages I cannot find the address in the UK which you can post items to instead of China.
It would be very expensive for me as I had to pay £11.26 to even get the dress delivered to me. When I did receive it, unfortunately it was not as described. I bought it thinking as described it was a 2 piece dress but it is one piece as the overlay is not detachable.
I doubt I would order anything from Light in The Box again as I was not informed that I would have to pay £11.26 before my item was delivered. I thought that postage and packaging covered everything but obviously I was wrong.
As Northern Ireland is still part of the UK I had hoped the address for returning items would be handy for me obviously I am wrong again.
