I just got my order from the transport carrier and once I opened it, I saw that there was pink goop all over everything. The entire nail supplies order had melted.

All the powders, gels, and polish was broken or melted and the entire order is filled with product.

I will pay to send it back if I have to, however I NEED this equipment sent back to me As Soon As Possible...

Even the airbrush equipment was all filled up with nail products. Please call me as promptly as you can as I need these products for a nail show within the next 2 weeks.

Contact the seller directly and request a replacement order as it sounds like everything in the box was ruined. If they demur, just dispute the charge with your card issuer and supply the reason for disputing the charge.

Then, of course shop elsewhere. Most good retailers will just replace the order when things like this happen.
