Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with partial refund. They met me wth a generous discount, and I am impressed by the respond I got from Lightinthebox. I might even order from them again , especially if they improve the Norwegian version of their customer service site..

I ordered dresses in the size according to the measuremets they gave. All dresses were much too big and I wanted to swap them - 2 in a smaller size and 2 return because they were not according to the pictures.
To send back, I have to o it one by one, and add a picture for each. I am used to send back to other companies if I am not satisfied and it has been som easy. Here it is completely impossible, and the Norwegian web-site is lousy translated so it is not possible to avigate.
I need to contact them, but thaat is impossible. I will complain to Klarna and cancel the purchase and never ever buy from this company again.ever buy from this company!N
