I received my ordered item- a wrist watch with item no #: 2852220975393067 yesterday. Meanwhile, the watch worked just for few minutes and has since stopped.
This therefore necessitates a return and refund of my money. However, I could not find any item in 'my order'. Probably because i signed on only after I have made the order. Consequent upon this, it has been impossible for me to follow the steps highlighted in the 'return / replace' link on the website of 'light in the box'.
Particularly, I could not initiate a request for a return ticket. And I have also tried to send an email to the company, but got an auto reply which unfortunately couldnt help.
