November 16, 2017: I ordered Christmas presents (Hats) worth £155 from LightInTheBox. They were never delivered.

After several weeks delay and several messages they said that there was a ‘missed delivery’ at my property and the order was returned a depot (this was a lie as there no ‘missed delivery card’ was dropped at my property, also the postal tracking codes they provided were fake). After several more messages chasing up a refund, eventually in Feb they refund £55 to my account (a third of the order amount). My conclusion is that this is a scam; a totally fake,bogus business with a fancy website but no products.

There is no proactive customer services and when you ask for your money back they try to wear you out with delays. See attached.

Does anyone know how to register a complaint against LightInTheBox with consumer protection agencies in the U.K.?

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $100.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Item not received, Have not received refund, Customer service is a joke.
