I thought paying for expedited shipping would get me my items on time, but for some reason my order has been delayed and I’m unsure how to proceed. I’m getting married in 10 days due to a grave diagnosis my dear father recently received, so I will be devastated if I can’t get my items by the time I need them. I’ll pay extra to send any delayed items separately if need be, I just can’t seem to get in touch w/customer service and I can’t get a ticket number to generate when I try to open a ticket- and my order status says they are trying to contact me! I’m reaching out any way I can in order to get a response from LITB. Here is the error message I get when I try to submit tickets, please get back to me or if someone can tell me how to reach LITB - I can’t find a live chat option or phone number at all. Please help!
