I bought some clothes and shoes in two different orders two weeks ago in Light in the box, one order for a value of $108.21 and the other order $85.29.

Yesterday I received an email from customer service to inform that one dress was out of stock in the first order, some minutes after the website said the order was in package while the second order was in processing yet .

Today when I reviewed my page in the website both orders have been disappears, I have afraid to lost my money because and I can't to found any information about that, the website no reflex any information about my orders. I don't know how to claim because in the website the way to claim isn't working.

If you ordered from overseas, you're sunk unless you credit card company has sympathy for you ; otherwise you'd obtain the physical address of whatever administrative facility is present here in America and proceed by means of the legal system.
