Ordered a dress 02/07/13.It is 03/20/13 and the dress still hasn't arrived.

The money was taken from my PayPal account the same day I ordered the dress. They say the dress was mailed the same day. After 2 weeks, I contacted them and they told me to log in and check my account. I did,, and it was like I didn't exist..

I did receive a refund for the total amount but the entire process chapped my butt... Then they have the stones to send me a customer survey. I fill it out,, hit the submit button and it tells me it is a non-reply address?????

Totally baffling.....NEVER AGAIN......
