Placed order for I phone with express expedited delivery April 19th , was dispatched on the 24th or so they say, on the28th customs clearance in progress after checking tracking number raised tickets with light in the box but no sensible replies only pre prepared replies with my details, raised the problem with pay pall and thy ruled in my favour and got my money back after 31days from placing order, bear in mind I paid for express expedited delivery , customer services are a joke and all they do is extend delivery date every time you contact them they do offer a refund of postage in the way of a voucher that can be used to make a further purchase providing that it costs double the value of the voucher ( what a scam)
