I got an email from you I still have not heard anything from Light in the box I am just going to consider it a loss not worth it your site is as bad as them nothing done so unless you can help me just go away your useless to me thank you

no phone number supposed to receive June 28th it is July 5th I have not received anything you can't track the order I paid for Item a month ago which I new they told me it would be the 28th put I don't have can't call them so I am writing this review hoping I get a response this is the first time I ordered from this company if this is how they work I want nothing to do with them pricing is great but customer service is non existent please if your not sending the product give me my money back so I can purchase from a company that has customer service i buy Chinese parts all the time I have never had this much difficulty and the time it takes in the first place if they shipped my paid for item is totally ridiculous I have never felt completely abused buying things on an INTERNET site and I buy almost everything on line.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $5.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

I didn't like: You have not got my trust, No delivery for a month.
