I placed an order on 10/9/17. It was shipped from LITB on 10/11/17, and I received it on 10/14/17.
I didn’t like it. Their website notes “14 day satisfaction guarantee” so I sent it back, following the instructions described on their website. Returns are not easy and there is no U.S. phone number noted for help with the instructions.
Eventually I figured it out. Interestingly, returns are sent to Reno, NV. The item arrived at the destination on 10/27/17 (13 days after I received it).
I have not gotten a refund on my credit card. Again, there is no phone number to inquire about my refund.
Product or Service Mentioned: Light In The Box Shipping Service.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
