I ordered two faucets and after they arrived it looked like they would not fit a standard American sink. I emailed customer service to confirm this will fit.
I got vague answers and finally decided to return the items. It was then that I was told I was beyond the 7 day return period, which is NOT outlined when you click on "How to return an item". This is extortion at its best.
I had no idea this was a Chinese company because I would have NEVER ordered from them. I hope more people complain with their credit card companies.
