I ordered from this company 2 weeks before Christmas. I checked 3 - 4 day delivery.
One package arrived December 26th and the balance of my order on January 4, 2017. I sent multiple emails, and looked everywhere on the web site for a phone number. My emails went unanswered, and there is not a phone number. I found after I placed my order which was promptly accepted, I could not pull up my order.
There was no record found of my purchase. I did take a photo of my order with my order number, thankfully. I also paid with PayPal which I felt safer than my bank or credit card. The merchandise is as described, but I will not order from them again.
I do like a bargain, as anyone, but the lack of customer service out ways my savings. This company should be ASHAMED. All merchandise is made in China.
I am moving away from ALL manufactured items taking away from American jobs. I would suggest everyone in the US consider this too.
