I placed an order for expedited 3-5 day delivery on 28th April for items required for a wedding on 4th May and now discover that they won’t be despatched until 12th May 2019. I need to contact them to cancel and get a refund as this is no good.

Omg same here! I paid for 4-7 days and now it’s not coming no later than the 15th!!
