I ordered 2 pictures and when I received them, the frames were broken on both of them. The quality was not as nice as it looks on their website.

I contacted Light In The Box about returning and refunding my merchandise. They give me the option of either accepting 20% discount or I can return them. The cost to return the damaged merchandise is more than the 20% discount. I also had to pay for expedited shipping which was expensive and I did not receive the items within the 3 to 4 days that they stated it would take.

They do not provide any other shipping options. Do NOT order from this company!
