This is a scam company. Customer service is all bots, with names so they seem like people.

They insist on you sending photos even though they have photos of their products (my complaint was that while their picture showed rear pockets on the pants I ordered, there were no rear pockets). The pants were of very poor quality. Even if they had had the rear pockets, they wouldn't have been worth the money.
To talk to a real person you have to use a service called JustAsk, and pay $5 which I was assured was totally refundable. They charged an additional $55, which they refunded, but I never got my $5 back.

The person on JustAsk was very nice but obviously had no effect on the company's action. After more than a week of back and forth emails with their bots, they told me I had to return them to Asia, even though I received them from a guy named Joshua Hale on Walton Ave. in Philadelphia. The postage to Asia would cost more than the pants.

So they do this to avoid returns. I strongly recommend you don't do business with this company.

Shocking customer service!! I have damaged unfit for purpose items and the supervisor is avoiding my emails!

Im trying to seek authorisation to send something back that the post costs over 50% of the item cost, totally evasive!!! I just want my money back!

They have photos and can clearly see the damage and poor quality!!! No returns label, what do I need to do to get a refund spend over £30 posting the goods and wait for refund which means Ill be waiting ages for over £87 total!!!

Tassels don't match. Material does not look like picture. Colors are not the same False advertisement. Fake material.

Cheap make. Need to return for refund. Very disappointed. Took to long to get shoes.

Poor communication with your store.

Will never buy again. Better customer service and mailing items and better products.

This is the 2nd time I've ordered from LITB will never do it again, both times the size too small order the size according to chart still to small. Not only that to send it back it takes an act of congress. Too much hassle never again
