This company is an utter FRAUD! There is no customer service. They don't even have a phone number. The one they have is another Company who says they get all sorts about LITB. I intend to sue.ge

Do not ever order from them. Customer Service is non-existent. They send whatever size they have handy and i have never gotten the right sizes. I am going to have a lawsuit against them just as soon as I hear from The Better Business Bureau.

I want all orders refunded. I will not pay for any of them. It's a fraud and charge outrageous prices for postage and expect you to pay for the shipping of returns. The items are make in Singapore...that's the first big problem.

WHY WON'T ANYONE ADDRESS MY CONCERNS. THIS IS MY 5TH OR 6TH REQUEST FOR ANSWERS.

As I have explained several times now, I ordered Women's Loungewear set Pajamas (dark pink) I received a sweatshirt. While my wife loves the sweatshirt, I want what was originally ordered.

Your customer service wanted me to sign up for a $60.00 a month service during on-line chat, and did nothing to solve the problem.

Direct communication with your company is apparently impossible. While the products I have ordered in the past have been great, this experience has soured me on your company.

This company is making a lot of money off people. They do not care about their customers and the quality of service.

They send out wrong items, cheap items, if its 2pc outfit they send one piece without the other piece or send nothing at all then they have no way of being reached. Their customer service agent chats are a joke. They are not helpful It's only to say they have a way for customers to reach them when in fact they really are not helping at all. They do nothing but give you the run around.

Your account has a contact us button to contact them and that is a joke and nothing but a run around too. This company is a hoax.

They do not want to be contacted nor do they want to resolve the issues they created with customers orders. They want people to get frustrated to the point of giving up.

Do not contact for a return and refund of the payment. I ordered what was shown on the app, but they delivered a very bad product that looks like a fake online app because there is no contact for returning and refunding.

Also, the email is not helpful for contacting the customer back.

I prefer not to use this app because it's totally fake. There are also many bad reviews after delivery; customer service is not available and users are blocked.

This is the 2nd time I've ordered from LITB will never do it again, both times the size too small order the size according to chart still to small. Not only that to send it back it takes an act of congress. Too much hassle never again
