Item I ordered was returned to sender USPS said address was incorrect. That is not true I checked what I typed in Light in The Box order sheet. Long story short I never got the item. Light in the box said no REFUND!!! Oh but Those *** offered me the same item for 1/2 off but had to pay FULL SHIPPING!!! Had to re order. I told them YOU LOST A CUSTOMER! F OFF! Never been so mad at ordering an item!!!

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They really want me to keep this product at a discount.

But I have no use for it. I will never wear it because I dislike it and it's 2 sizes too big.

Anyway, I consider that they offer a partial refund, because even though a full refund is an option, I end up having to pay for the shipping back to China. I think this expense may cost at least half of the item's value.

I purchased a "sparkly" top from Light in the Box website. It was supposed to arrive before New Year's Eve.

Not only did the top not arrive until Jan 5, it was SO NOT sparkly. The photos show how it twinkles in the light, AND the title of the garment includes "sparkly" in it. What arrived was a giant, oversized, polyester top without a single sparkle. Its just standard fabric.

Grossly misrepresented. Two days ago, I went through their return process, including taking photos, and have been awaiting return authorization ever since. I have yet to receive so much as an email confirmation that they got my info. Nothing.

When I go to their site, my order is there and intact, but nothing suggesting that I'm trying to return the item. Its as if the return went into a black hole.

And now there's no number to call. How convenient (for them.

Parents bought a jacket off LITB for christmas. It was an awful piece of fabric that arrived dirty and with loose threads everywhere.

Looking at the listing I did a reverse image search and discovered that they stole the product images from an actual manufacturer and photoshopped out the logos. The jacket cost 50 euros not including shipping. It was promised to be delivered a week before christmas. It arrived a week into the new year instead.

Currently trying to return the jacket but the submit button on their website for a support ticket does not even work.

It just loads endlessly. I wouldnt be surprised if the button did nothing and was simply a gif for placebo.

I wanted to contact your service because my package has been sent back, due to some stupid delivery guy who has no idea how to work his GPS system. DHL says I had to contact you but for this I need to open an app on my phone, wich is impossible for me. So now I have nobchance whatsoever to get my money back or that my package I payed for is being sent back to me. They cannot overturn the descision of sending my package back to sender. I am really pissen off about that and want to know how to be able to contact you in a normal and personal way. Not via an app

Well so far I've received two responses from the company and they claim to have received my message and apologized for the inconvenience of the situation. They also said that someone will contact me via email to resolve the issue so hopefully they continue contact and follow through. I'll keep you posted

Bought a dress with matching coat which cost £160. Item turned up damaged cotton frayed on seems and too small . Speaking to customer service is horrendous they take over a day to answer. Firstly they told me my refund would be in my account in 2 working days which has not happed. I am still trying to request my refund and it been over a week!! disgusting company do not use

2 times ordered trousers. 1st time begin of february the wrong size was delivered. 2nd time (order no. 240203****096243) middle of february winter trousers + completely different product was delivered. There is no possibility of returning the good unless by express carrier of which the freight costs are higher than the value of the goods. No possibility of PayPal payment.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Customer service wrote to me and offered several solutions. Ultimately they agreed to send me a replacement.
