Everyone wants money in order for me to check on an order. This is absolutely ridiculous. I just want to know the status of my orders!!!!!
I placed two orders (one by mistake) through Light in the Box on 10-2-25. I have heard nothing.
All I am asking for is info on these orders. They keep wanting money in order to give me answers.
This is ridiculous. I should not have to pay to find out the order status.

I will go all over social media with photos, describing the whole order process and your after-receipt support. I will never order a thing from you again, and I will encourage others to do the same.

Contacted multiple consumer agencies. Last communication indicated shipment of a replacement item.
So far not received. I will never use this company again and have posted this advice to my 500+ FB friends to beware.
I ordered and paid for a military mug for a total of $36.99, which arrived today with the packaging totally smashed, and the item was broken. This is a gift, and I'm extremely disappointed.

There has been nothing but Havoc since at contacted Lightinthebox with $159.18 worth of garage. They don't let you return or get a refund.
What a pitiful company.
Do not trust them to have loyal customer service. CROOKS

Double charge for one order...and not the same amount of money!
Stay away from this company. The products are poorly made and they are dishonest. They will not communicate with or support customers.
I did NOT place two orders for the orange lanterns - only ONE order for FIVE lanterns. I will be out of the country when the second order arrives, but as soon as I return from my trip, I will be returning the second package - unopened.
It is outrageous to me that you would 1)Send me two packages of the exact item, which I did not order the second time and 2) that you charge such vastly different amounts for the exact same items. I will be notifying PayPal of this.
Scams are so frustrating - a waste of my time. But I will be filing a claim with PayPal if you do not refund my money.

Verified ReviewerFraudulent activity for two days. Unprofessional scammers who are kind and nice to get go; then they staby mistakes in delivery,vfaljse photos as delivered, however the photos was not my front door.
They are crooked opportuness deceitful cowards. Do not trust that company shenanigans you wouldn't believe humans can do to other humans.
The company should return my hard earned income from social security benefits. I plead for two days.

Jacket received is to small

When my jacket arrived it was too small. It shows that it is a 4XL however, it is a 2XL.
I like the jacket and would really enjoy it if I could get the correct size jacket. What can I do to get this corrected?

Your company sent photos of delivery to a black door however my front door is dark red. And I sent your company photos.
This has been ongoing since NO DELIVERY on September 17, 2025. When are your company going to give my money back. I paid for nothing so far.
Your company has a bad reputation as us. Next I will notify the newspaper media.
Terrible service
On Sept 27th, I placed an order, paid 50.01 through PayPal, and never received it. Now they can't find it.
Customer service tried to verify my email and twice never sent the code. Worst company to deal with, and I place lots of orders.
I waited for 10 minutes, no code to jjsgis@***.com. I'll lose the 50 dollars and never use Lite in the Box again.
