i received my order. a 250th anniversary wood wreath for the door.

I hung it on the door just this morning June 28th. I just opened my door this evening and the design separated from the wood and curled. I just spent $40 for a piece of Junk!!! I have nothing now to hang on my door.

Hoping you stand behind your product and will do something about this. VERY DISAPPOINTED ! My first order with you and looks to be my last.

You have no phone number to call customer service. THIS IS JUST HORRIBLE.

Do not like there is no customer 'service.' I'm trying to cancel an order I placed yesterday, today 7-1-2026. I will not purchase anything from this website until they show appreciation for their customers by offering 'service' to them.

I bought an item and when I went to check out it would not accept PayPal and it clearly says they do ???

I'm really happy with my purchase from LightInTheBox! I was pleasantly surprised by how fast the delivery was, and my package arrived in perfect condition, with no damage at all.

A nice bonus: the order tracking, which was super handy for knowing exactly where my package was at every stage.

In short, a smooth shopping experience and top-notch delivery. I highly recommend it, and I'll definitely order again!

Damaged item impossible to contact them, they tell you to download the app you do that it never recognises your password even when you reset it, scam of a company

I waited over a month to get the package. The item was way too big.

I asked to ship it back for a refund. They said it would cost from $10 - $40 to return.

Instead they offered me $.33 as a refund. Do not buy from them.

Dear Light in the Box Customer Service. I have received my elastic belts for men, but I made a mistake: three of them have the wrong size. I am returning the three belts, and please change them for 49 inches.

I enjoy my shopping with lightinthebox because i find items that are reliable and affordable on the other contrast delivery time is very consistent over here in canada.

I am pissed. I have been trying to contact someone in your company, set up an account, you keep telling me a code has been sent to my inbox, but it never arrives.

They need to be upfront and transparent that they are making and shipping goods from *** (hence the month long shipping delivery!).

Personally I wouldn't order from ***, but if they were honest, one could make that decision.

I feel trapped because the item is taking over a month to get here, and I only just realised it's from ***

Don't buy from them unless you are fine with the item being made thousands of miles and much shipping away.
