Faulty products but won't refund

I received a smart watch for my son for Christmas and it won't turn on its faulty. Light in the box will not refund me as it's past 30 days which is their return window.

The product is faulty and not fit for purpose so it's against consumer law! The company has illegal practices so beware do not purchase from Light in the Box.com!

Refund follow-up is very poor

Refund and email follow-up is poor. I ended up being charged four times and got four of the same dresses, same color and same size.

When I emailed the company asking to return the three dresses and inquired as to why this happened, I couldn't get a quick response or an answer as to why this happened. I ended up not being able to return the three dresses and wasn't able to get a refund.

I am beyond frustrated with this company. I did receive my dress and its made well and very beautiful.

My complaint isn't about the quality of the product. However, it's about the extra dresses I've been billed for and received. All at different prices.

Again my complaint is about being billed for something I didn't order and the fact its beyond ridiculous to get in contact with the company to get a return label and credit for the dresses. I would strongly encourage anyone considering ordering please reconsider as this will save you the frustration I've endured.

Advertising scam

I bought what I thought was a full couch from Light In The Box because this is how they advertised it. They then only sent me covers of the couch.

The images they show is a full couch without any covers on it and the description doesn't say anything initially about it being covers. It's only when you scroll through many pages, does it say anything about it only being covers.

It is deceptive marketing at it's finest and is 100% illegal. I'm in the process of pursuing legal action against the company.
