Im still waiting it said by Nov 30th but im just trying to be zen about this whole situation be patient or youll be a patient as my dad once or thrice told me before
I am trying to check the status of my package on the email y'all sent me. It said the thirtieth, but on the email.
It also says that, but on U.S.
Postal Service informed delivery, which says it could be coming today between twelve thirty or twelve fifteen and four fifteen. The email it was sent to was my main email, alphawolf1245@***.com.

I WAS RIPPED OFF. THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE NUMBER OR EMAIL. THERE IS NO WAY TO CONTACT THIS SO CALLED COMPANY. DO NOT BUY.
DO NOT BELIEVE LIGHT IN THE BOX IS LEGIT. THERE PRODUCTS ARE TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE.

For the last half hour I've been trying to buy a pajama gown for my wife. I am 81 she is 90.
I have bought something else from Light In the Box, so I guess this means I have to "sign in" in order to buy something, I have tried to "sign in", but now I have to produce a new password (which I tried to do) but was not able. I am too old to deal with stuff like this.I want to give my credit card number and receive my purchase.
Light in the Box makes this to difficult for me. Please unsubscribe me from your customer list.

Reference your email this morning (timed 10:35) requesting a clear photograph or video to 'showcase the problem.' I do not understand what possible help a photograph of the light, removed from its box, could or would be. It does not work!
Nothing to see! I tried to reply using the address at the head of your email (service@***.lightinthebox.com), but it was returned undelivered: 'remote server disconfigured.' I confirm that I wish to proceed with this complaint.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with partial refund. very reluctant to offer refund on shoddy goods.
Had to return them at my own expense. Do not buy from them in the first place.
Ordered dungarees which turned out to be of awful quality, more like nightwear than everyday wear. The return was a constant battle with them wanting to offer partial refunds.
In the end, I had to pay nearly £40 to return them to China. When they received them, they credited my account rather than actually refunding the card, so I had to request to withdraw the money, which they're still 'processing' 12 days later.

Ordered an item you slip under the door to block air going in or out. It has a round roll on either side of the door.
The issue is, it's too fat, so you can't close the door.
I asked to return it and get a refund, and they want you to mail it back to China! Really? They even gave a range of cost to return it.
They refuse to refund the money.
Disgusting, bad business.
Don't bother. You will get ripped off too!

You sent me a different projection. Please provide a return label to return immediately.
