I bought something but incorrectly thought they were a legitimate retailer so I used my real email address and not my junk mail one. I can't opt out, unsubscribe, talk to a human or contact a human and stop the spam.

I logged into my account and changed my email to my junk mail and now I get spam on both.

I don't think they are USA based so the only way to get an unsubscribe botton that works is to get enough people to complain online to affect their sales and they might listen. Until then, don't ever buy anything from lightinthebox.com or Light In The Box

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

Same here. Can't talk to a human or stop the emails. VERY UNCARING AND UNPROFESSIONAL!

I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN.

Tell everyone it's not worth the cost in time dealing with all the unwanted emails whatever they save in $'s.

I have had the same problem. Never deal with companies who do not display email or phone numbers.

Lightinthebox will spam you regularly and never honour an opt out or if you unsubscribe. To stop receiving their spam you will need to use your ISP's service to flag the lightinthebox.com domain as junk, if possible. However, there is always the risk they will sell your email address on so you get spam from other sources anyway.

I just went on their site looking, added an item to the cart, then

decided I against it. I then started receiving emails on my cell phone.

I 'never' gave them my information!!!

I went back into their site removed the item, then proceeded to edit my personal info; that just kept reappearing???? I have been trying to find a way to make then stop sending me emails, but cannot find a solution, any suggestions please?

The website is based in China and anything you order from a china based company then you have to be prepared for an extended shipping time. Things have to go thru US customs when arriving in the US.

It is harder to track a package when it is on a slow boat from China to the US. It sounds as if you recieved what you ordered it just took a bit longer than anything that you may order from a US company that ordered the same item from the China manufacturer and doubled or tripled the price for the delay they had recieving the item to have it on hand for you.

Spoiled Americans.

It took 3 weeks to come in.

Then you can't talk to anyone. This website sucks!
