I bought a coat on 19/12/23 from Lightinthebox. Sent it back on 22/12/23. I have proof of purchase and proof I posted it back. I have not received my refund yet. There is no where in the app to complain or find out what's going on. I just want my money back

Never received merchandise

i placed a recent order on their website i updated my address their website is a shaky nervous unstable website and instead of using my updated address the site chose the old on consequently my paid for merchandise went to a city in another state and the customer service will not refund or resend my merchandise their website uses a statement that they are part pf the NY stock exchange Ltd. so it makes a consumer think hey are part of the Ny stock exchange which is not true they are just wanting to scam consumers into believing misunderstanding what they are saying. To me they are an unreliable Asian company trying to do business in the USA and scaming consumers.

The dress recieved is clearly nothing like the one shown in the picture, ihad high hopes but frankly am discusted with whats arrived. I also payed 51ยฃ for the dress 1 week ago and it 31ยฃ now im not very happy with what i have recieved, how anyone could even compare there is beyond me.

I ordered two of the advent halloween calendars and got charged for both yet only 1 shipped and it's definitely not as advertised whatsoever. I want a refund for my other package that didn't get shipped. As I will not be shipping with this company again.

Avoid!! Absolutely appalling service. Goods received were nothing like those advertised & pictured. Shipping costs excessive. On requesting full refund on return of goods, they offered 60% on cost, refusing to refund shipping cost. Return carriage cost to be paid by customer! An absolute scam!!!

These matters are taken seriously, we wouldn't tolerate that a certain supplier sends a product which deviated even in the slightest from the photos shown on our website. Please reply to our email, tell us you'd like to receive a full refund, there should be no doubts that you are eligible for an immediate full refund.
