Purchased merchandise and never got it. I tried to call them to find out where it is and cannot get a response.do not purchase from these people. They are a scam.They cannot be reached to find anything out about where the order is They are not legit and don't care who they rob. This is nuts to have to type so much.

I ordered a suit from you guys on Sunday, and when it came I wasnt very pleased with what I ordered. I then decided that I wanted to refund this item, but later realized that I couldnt because I didnt created an account before purchasing my item.

Ive tried many ways to try and refund this, but it just hasnt worked. Keep in mind, every time i try to recover its not possible for me, because the Gmail that is connected to the suit account, is no longer available.I have my order ID and my receipts, and proof of my order. And I just wanted to let you guys know that I want my money back NOW.

Further actions will be made, and done if I dont receive my money back. Please, and thank you.

Returning a garment

Received my order ans soon I opened i did not see it fit to wear for a wedding. This item was sent with no label and i hope it was not done on purpose to trip customers. I need to return this item which was never worn. The picture on webite is appealling but in reality it is substandard.

I placed my 1st order with Light In The Box. They sent emails confirming the order & confirming the payment. It took about a month to receive the order. When I received the order, 1 item was too large. So I decided to download the app to help with the return. I have requested a refund and have only received an automated response. They won't acknowledge the order since I did not place it through the app. I can't use the item & need to know how to return it! HELP! Please respond! Very frustrated, M. O.

I bought a shirt that seemed appealing in the ad. One of the sleeves is one centimeter longer than the other. The picture portrays a much higher quality than it actually is. I have attempted multiple times to request a return through their website. Pressing "send" yields no response. Today I tried again. Additionally, it was not possible to upload a picture of the product this time. The site where you ask for refund has now been non-functional for three days. I suspect it is by purpose.

They SAID they were going to give a full refund. Sounded a bit to good coming from a business obviously build on fraud. So keep away from them, dont waste your money.

Claim bad services and horrible product

I bought a dress for my son's wedding. On their website the dress was beautiful.

I paid an additional $25 requesting that the dress be made to my size. I received a horrible, poor quality product and had to return it. After that, a very painful process began for me when I returned that dress because I felt mocked, humiliated and discriminated against by your company. They never solved anything for me and made it clear that I was lying.

In the end I lost my money $246.

Today, four months later, I receive the package of the dress that I returned to them. I need an address in the United States to return that.

Poor quality

I'm disappointed in the quality of the material used in the two pair of lounge paints I purchased, they have both been worn twice and they look like they have been worn and washed 20 times. They are "pilling or balling". Shouldn't be doing that if they were of good quality.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I emailed customer service twice.

Complained that they cannot keep the item at customs as we ordered the very same item 1 month ago and paid the same price etc. And received it

MY Husband ordered the same pants he ordered a few weeks ago just in a different colour. DHL has called him to pay on import duty tax but this did not happen before its ridiculous!
