'Submit Ticket' Not Loading

I ordered a size L in a coat and received a size S instead. I have been trying to find out how I can exchange this for a size M. I have filled in your form for this but the 'Submit Ticket' is not loading. The 'circle' is just going round and round. This is the SECOND time I have submitted the form. I am not impressed.
