I was told that my order would reach me within 5-10 days it went out on the 12th of October and it is now the26th.I cannot seem to get any contact with online chat, could you please send me an e-mail to let me know when I will get my order.Thanks It would make me think twice before ordering again..If the order is as late as some I have read maybe we should get free delivery.It looks like a very professional site so you would think that it would give a proper service as when you get a bad reputation you will lose customers in droves.

I ordered a watch from this company and after waiting the 5-6 weeks delivery time they gave me I am still waiting.I emailed them on numerous occasions and was basically fobbed off by them.they told me if I wait another 4 days my order would be at my address.guess what still waiting.AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE.

I ordered $26 worth of clothes which isn't much but i atleast assumed they would send me SOMETHING. I haven't received any emails regarding my package or any information on where it is. It say my order was shipped September 30 and would take 15-20 days to get here. Well today is the 25th day and still nothing. Even the so-called tracking number didn't work. So I'm left here wondering if i spent $26 on literally nothing. And there is no way to contact an actual person who is willing to help me or even tell me where my package is. I thought I'd atleast try the company out since i love miniinthebox but this place is a SCAM. NEVER SHOPPING THERE AGAIN.

Light In The Box - Wedding Dress Review from Bellevue, Washington

I bought my wedding dress of this site. Delivery was scheduled for 2-3 weeks. I got my dress 3 months after I bought it. It was the most stressful situation and I was never able to speak to someone. I kept tracking thee package and it always said in process. The dress was beautiful but the stress I was out under was not worth it. They give unrealistic delivery time.

This is absoutly misleading company to use you have to pay clearance charges which cost £200 so one chandalier cost £400 with all the charger rather £270 in the uk y can buy it for £200

I have the same complaint. The worst is that I try to "talk " to somebody, put in email etc and password and it keeps coming back as invalid. My order was made Sept 25 and it is now the end of October There is no phone number to contact and talk to a real person to complain to.

This vendor has, hands down, the WORST customer service I have ever encountered, and I shop at Wal-Mart. Will never order again, despite the fact that I absolutely LOVE many of their products. I placed the order 10/08, the 3-5 business day shipping time was disclosed, the 10-14 (though in reality it turned out to be 15) day ADDITIONAL processing time was not. When I realized the problem, I found that there is no option to speak with someone. They were, however, kind enough to eventually answer one of my multiple messages: they said they were sorry that i misunderstood and that canceling ment eating 50%. I can't help but notice that REPUTABLE vendors don't sneak in that hidden additional processing time. 3-5 day shipping MEANS 3-5 day shipping. And maybe, if mine were an isolated incident, i would concede here, but i look around and see that mine is the consensus experience. So I'd love to know, Light In The Box, how does it feel to know that most of your customers agree that you suck? So disappointed...

Light In The Box in North Saanich, British Columbia - Asked for ID after having my payment then canx order!

same issue I refused to send ID and demanded an explanation as to why they wanted it. They asked for it even after money had not only been authorized by bank but issued too. They would not respond with an answer and cancelled the order. I confirmed that they had payment yet they still wanted ID. This is not acceptable behaviour and what they were asking for meant nothing to them anyway. What good is photo ID to someone who can't verify it.I too had ordered previously with them. I had to have my customer order the items for herself and the order went through no problem. Also the e-mail i got said "right" in the box not "light" so at first I thought this was a scam and changed my password. I'm through with them and will let everyone know not to use them!
