I was charged for the item and 2 months later it still hasn't arrived. I cancelled payment and submitted a dispute today. Terrible service...absolutely ZERO customer service. Will not purchase from them again or recommend them to anyone.

Light in the box has zero customer service. There's not even a customer service number to ring and also all their emails have a no-reply email address. 8 purchased and item nearly 2 months ago and it has not arrived. Complete scam... I would not recommend this online shopping company to anyone.

My orders came too late for the purpose of bringing it to my trip. Worse, the item was really bad, cheap material and undersize, terrible workmanship, seriously Zero QUALITY at all. I was going the charge this to experience and never again to order from the company. Then I received an email to make a review. So I did and was honest about my disappointment. I thought they were sincere with getting honest review to further improve their site. They immediately offered me a refund or credit to my LITB account. I choose the refund even If it means sacrificing the tariff I have to pay. Next thing I receive and email stating my refund has been process, please remove your review. (Here is the steps on how tos: ??!!) with screen shots to make sure we do the right thing. My intention was to edit my review, ready to type 'I got my refund.. blah blah blah'. However they were ahead of me and totally took out my reviews. That explains why there were no bad reviews in the site.

Still waiting for my order after 20" working days" it must b coming by snail mail!! I can't do anything to contact them on the website so I am going to try to get my money back from credit card. NEVER AGAIN-B WARNED.

I received the items and they were abosolutely awful. I can't believe they were even trying to suggest that the items were wearable. I returned the items after their extensive process. I jsut received two invoices from DHL for Tax/Charges that equal to more than the items were worth despite them agreeing to pay the shipping and handling charges. They better fix this quick! Please don't bother with this website. The items are terrible and you'll be in for a terrible surprise. Don't bother Don't try it Not even once. Trust me. It would be better to order from a source from home.

I ordered a ton of wedding party gifts from light in the box. One of my mugs was broken and they would not replace it. They charged me full shipping price when half of the stuff I ordered was out of stock. They did end up returning most of it because I contacted them numerous times. I then received compasses instead of engraved lighters. It was nothing but a headache from the beginning! They also give you store credit and do not make it easy for you to use it! It's ridiculous... Please, no one shop here! It's a huge rip off!

They claim that I was delivered two items and that is an error. There's no phone number, e-mail address, or physical address to explain to. Also, they never gave me any confirmation number to refer to! No matter how good prices, this is a terrible company to do business with!

I ordered 3 items, with 2 of them free express delivery and one with normal deliver as I thought 20 working days as they posted on their website for normal delivery is reasonable. Like everyone else, I could not find a number to call nor can I navigate myself through the complicated system for lodging a complaint or report lost of items. I Ended up using the live call meant for pre-sales for help. Which was nice enough, the lady from pre-sales directed me to where I can post a service ticket to raise my concerns. First they say will respond within a day but took at least three days for an automatic email reply asking the customer to double check again all their orders and tracking number which I had already done so before sending the ticket and mentioned it in the ticket itself. What's more ridiculous is they asked me to be patient and wait for another 2 weeks because sometimes delivery could be long! By then it would have been 2 months since I placed my order! I seriously doubting my parcel will arrive, I'm still waiting...
