Light In The Box - Contacting customer service
I am very frustrated with your system. the only way to get to customer service is going thru your purchases.
Half of my questions have nothing to do with purchases. You write down your question there, not sure if their reading it as they always go and cancel my purchase even though I say its not about my purchase right at the being. I'm not sure who this guy is either that wants to help you for $20.00 with your question and problem. I think you need to have customer service more and easier to get to and get rid of this guy!
Please fit this problem or I will have no other choice but to stop the frustration I will not purchase any more of your products. Which is sad for me
