Purchased $282.92 worth of shoes. Satisfied with order. Weeks later received an invoice from DHL for customs duties totalling $39.29. Would not have purchased commodities had I known there were other charges attached to my purchase . The additional charges were not disclosed. Add comment

We purchased a projector from them. It arrived. We followed all directions as the pamphlet showed. Not only did the projector not work, it didn't even have a menu of items to choose from, like the pamphlet states. We contacted their "customer service" and they sent us the same directions as in the pamphlet. No help was given at all. Needless to say, I will never order from them again. Add comment

I placed an order at this site of around 600 usd. Delivery went through as scheduled, 4 or 5 business days, but.... ...... There was this additional VAT fee of a whopping 145 usd!! After paying 600usd with my creditcard I think this should be free!! Or the least thing they could do was to inform me about that fact.... I placed 2 orders at the end of March, they haven't arrived yet, and it is august! They told me they were going to give me a refund in my pay pal account and it hasn't happened either.!! Wow, am I glad to have read all of the issues folks have had with this company. I was getting ready to send in a large order and I would have sent in an order each month. The clothing was so well priced I could have helped many who usually only get clothes from Goodwill get some new things to wear almost as cheap. I'm really disappointed. Too bad they are phonies.
