same issue I refused to send ID and demanded an explanation as to why they wanted it. They asked for it even after money had not only been authorized by bank but issued too. They would not respond with an answer and cancelled the order. I confirmed that they had payment yet they still wanted ID. I ordered the dress for a party that i have in November, To be fair to LIB the dress was delivered with in the time frame but the problem that i had was after paying the postage i had a further £5.00 to pay up on delivery before i could receive my dress!! I ordered 2 items on 10-11-14 tracking sys delivered. I have not received items. Ordered 9 items on 10-13-14. tracking says delivered I have not received items. My debit card has been charged. I paid for my order 2 days ago ad they sent me an email saying that i need to confirm and pay for my order and i already paid for it. I ordered 6items the 5th of sept I knew I had to wait 10/20 days for delivery. After that time endless email telling me not to worry and actually saying that my order was on its way also they took my money 5 days after my order. When you buy a faucet from a hardware store or big box store, you get a faucet, pull up drain and lever to pull up the drain. When you buy from Light In The Box you get a faucet at a high price, but no drain and no drain pull. Appalling service in the past few months. Very poor customer service. Since May 2014 I have ordered stuff worth more than 200 dollars. But lightinthebox has failed to deliver more than 100 USD worth of orders. I am now thinking of approaching a couple of international consumer protection forum. Add comment

Shipping time for my dancing shoes was supposed to be 6-8 business days. The order was placed 10/05 ~ with 8 days delivery time, this means the shoes should have been here on 10/15.
