Please do not order any thing from light in the box because they are reap off. You pay them for delivering for your items they send you message again asking for more money to deliver your items is that not reap off and deception. Light in the box should be closed down. I ordered a dress for this *** shop which took almost 3 weeks to receive after paying for expeditated delivery, only to put my dress on and find out MY SLEEVES WERE SEWN ON BACKWARDS. My dress cost me 113.99, the alterations for the sleeve debacle cost me 100.00. My dress arrived 9 days before I needed to be in it for my Nephew's wedding. I'm in just the same situation. Item not arrived after the promised 20 days: I can't work out how to submit a 'customer service ticket' on their site ! Email to the 'pre-customer-service' dept just generated automatic response telling me to check item's been despatched (I DID!! They wrote & told me so 20+ days ago!!) ...I should've got wise when I was advised to pay extra 'insurance' in case... Read more

junk items sent from china, the delivery took weeks and weeks and the hassle to return and get a refund was a joke. the cost was less but only about 5% less than higher quality bulbs. bought 7 lightbulbs, 5 didnt work at all. and we are talking high end edison bulbs for a client, the embarassment we had switching on 5 bulb light and 4 not working was terrible, we looked like a total joke on that... I ordered a gown for a formal event and I ordered a 14 with the measurements quoted I should have needed alterations. The gown arrived today already too late to get a new one and it's about a size 4. Your customer service is the worst on the planet. Impossible to reach. Not even a phone number to call. Also uses the worst courrier service as well. Didnt receive any of the items I ordered which was substancial. Plus i was charged. Read more
